FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Clearpath Compounds and how our telehealth platform works.

What states do you serve?+

Clearpath Compounds currently serves patients in 47 U.S. states. We do not currently serve patients in California, South Carolina, or New Jersey due to state-specific telehealth and compounding regulations.

If you're unsure whether we serve your state, our intake questionnaire will confirm eligibility before you begin your consultation.

Who is your pharmacy partner?+

All prescriptions are compounded and dispensed by Rush Pharmacy, a U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacy. You can learn more about their facility and credentials at rushpharmacy.com.

Rush Pharmacy follows all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations, including USP compounding standards.

Who are the healthcare providers?+

Our provider network is operated by LocumTele, a telehealth staffing organization that connects patients with U.S.-licensed healthcare providers. You can learn more at locumtele.org.

All clinical decisions — including whether to issue a prescription — are made solely and independently by the licensed provider reviewing your case.

How does the online consultation work?+

After selecting your medication, you'll complete a brief health questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications, and reason for your visit. A U.S.-licensed provider will review your information and determine whether a prescription is clinically appropriate.

The entire process typically takes less than 10 minutes. Completion of an online visit does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. If a prescription is not appropriate, you will not be charged for the medication.

How long does shipping take?+

Once your prescription is approved and compounded, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

What is your refund policy?+

Because compounded medications are prepared specifically for each patient, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medication. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a fulfillment error, please contact us at help@clearpathcompounds.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If a provider determines that a prescription is not appropriate after your consultation, you will not be charged. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you accept insurance?+

At this time, Clearpath Compounds does not accept insurance. All consultations and medications are paid out-of-pocket. We believe this approach keeps pricing transparent and allows us to offer a streamlined experience without the delays of insurance authorization.
